When the staff member finally came over I was told that In future if the coffee counter was un attended I was to go at the front counter for service. I explained to the staff member that Mcdonalds is a service industry and should not have people waiting for 10 min for a coffee. I was that disgusted with this female person that I walked out of the store. Not even an apology. Very poor service from this female staff.
