  The manager here treated me very poorly. I bought a coal burner from them and it had a short circuit after a week, I had only used it once. I returned to them to get a refund as the product should have been covered under warranty, and the manager refused to give me a refund, nor give me any store credit or a free replacement. His excuse was that the product was purchased overseas but it is against consumer law to sell a product in Australia and not provide a warranty on faulty products. I will never spend my money in this shop again, and I recommend everyone to find an alternative tobaconnist that actually cares about their customers and consumer law.

  I will never recommend to go to these thieves again.and also all my friends stopped going their.
  They charge people extra if someone don't understand English.
  These thieves charged My wife 3 times extra and then I had to go and talk to them at the end they easily said sorry and returned my money back.
  Please Hampton park residents go to naree warren or Dandenong if you don't want your money to be stolen by these professional thieves.
