  So nice when you have your Easter hours as open until 12 today( saturday) and people get there and you're closed.. was needing to pick up a parcel which was apart of Easter presents.. please update your holiday hours if you're not going to be open!!

  Parcel bound for overseas was sent back due to perfume in parcel. I asked worker why didn't person who put parcel through mention that perfume wasn't allowed. He kept talking about reason why airline didn't accept my parcel. All I wanted was an apology that staff member who checked through my list of things in parcel should have told me perfumes are not allowed. I got no empathy or an apology...only my parcel will arrive after NYs. It had my Christmas presents in there and been sitting at the airport since start of December. Not going back to Hampton Park. Hate the fact I have to give a star so I could post my frustrations.

  Was very disappointed in the service I received in this post office. Maybe staff need some more training. Drove to another location and recieved excellent service.

  Came here this morning to lodge a couple of passport applications for the kids and was served by a very helpful and friendly staff member. The best experience I have had at any post office. Will stop going to Narre Warren and coming here from now on. Please give Mel a pay rise.
